The Future Home of
Grove & Grain
Old Florida is getting a new gathering place.
We're restoring a historic 1915 building in the heart of Downtown Brooksville to become the future home of Grove & Grain Distillery.
When the doors open, you'll find more than a tasting room. We're creating a place inspired by the character of Old Florida—a speakeasy-style bar serving prohibition-era inspired cocktails, Florida-made spirits, and a laid-back piano bar atmosphere.
There's a lot of work between here and opening day, and we're bringing you along for the ride.
Follow our progress below as we restore the building, build the distillery, and bring Grove & Grain to Downtown Brooksville.
A Few Days at ADI—and a Lot of New Ideas
Grove & Grain headed to Miami Beach for the American Distilling Institute conference and came home with new friends, Florida farm connections, plenty of ideas—and a barrel from Speyside Cooperage.
It's Starting to Look Like a Distillery
After months of demolition, we're finally putting things back together. Take a look inside the future Grove & Grain Distillery as new flooring, electrical, plumbing, and the skeleton of our bar take shape in Downtown Brooksville.
We Made It Behind the Bar
Grove & Grain officially made it behind the bar! We headed to The Monkey Bar in Homosassa to celebrate our first local restaurant placement with a cocktail and a view of Monkey Island.
Wearing the Grove & Grain Story
From shirts we make ourselves to custom hats, Grove & Grain merch brings our Florida-inspired artwork beyond the bottle. Keep an eye out for us wearing it at local markets and events.
Taking Grove & Grain to the Market
Before we could introduce Grove & Grain at local Florida markets, we needed a booth. So we built one ourselves—from sheets of plywood in our garage to a custom market setup made for sharing our spirits and story.
From Florida History to the Bottle
Every Grove & Grain bottle begins with a real Florida story. See how historic places, old photographs and Florida heritage inspired the labels behind our craft spirits.
A Little Old Florida Is Showing Up on Main Street
A little Old Florida is taking shape in Downtown Brooksville. Follow along as a hand-painted citrus grove mural transforms the entrance to the future home of Grove & Grain Distillery.
From Manor House to Grove & Grain
Before there was Grove & Grain, there was Manor House Distillery. Take a look back at the names, sketches and logo designs that helped shape our Florida distillery.

Some birthdays come with cake. This one came with a DSP. The story of the day Grove & Grain received our federal Distilled Spirits Plant permit—and officially became a distillery.
Meet Murf the Surf: The Still With a Past
Meet Murf the Surf, one of Grove & Grain's most unusual pieces of distilling equipment—a former Florida prison soup kettle that's been making our craft spirits for years.
